El Monte Non-shooting guests are welcome and invited to enjoy from flyfishing and hiking or biking, to touring around captivating villages visiting local artisans and olive oil private plantation or a small vineyard. Upon request, we can visit a private estancia where their staff will put together a delicious lunch, accompanied by wines from the neighboring province of Mendoza, known for its great vineyards. After lunch, guests can relax by the creek in a hammock or simply enjoy a walk and meet the owners. Evenings are inviting at El Monte with gorgeous sunsets reflected on the hills and nighttime spectacular skies. We can tailor special programs and activities for small groups. The Lodge has a warm living room with a fireplace and a magnificent view of beautiful, old growth gardens and the surrounding hill country. Delta Experience in Buenos Aires Guests coming to El Monte through Buenos Aires city are invited to experience and exclusive sailing program on a private yacht through Delta. You would be sailing through waters of the widest river in the world: Rio de la Plata, where you will enjoy a different view of Buenos Aires city. Sailing through Delta Islands and Tigre waters is the best choice to get to know its river, its islands and its people from the inside. It´s a day program activity.

Visiting Carmelo, in Uruguay Guests coming to El Monte through Buenos Aires city are invited to experience a sailing trip for a short stay at our private house in Carmelo, Uruguay to relax either before or after your hunting trip. Our warm family house is located by River Plate beaches within walking distance from the well know Four Seasons Resort. It includes 6 in suites rooms, a spa room, private swimming pool, an inviting sitting area with a fireplace and a dinning room with great sunset views to the river. Scenic day trips to Montevideo and Punta del Este can be organized upon request.
